What does Same Day Delivery mean?
All orders received by 12:00 noon will be delivered the same day.

Which regions do you supply?

We supply the whole of Switzerland.
In Winterthur and the surrounding region and Zurich City, we even deliver on the same day on orders placed by 12:00.

Do you also deliver to the hospital?

Yes, we deliver to most hospitals in Winterthur and Zurich. You can simply select "Delivery to hospital" in the order process and choose the hospital to which you would like delivery.

What do I have to consider when delivering to the hospital?

Please follow the rules of the individual hospitals. Bouquets of flowers are welcome in every hospital.
Arrangements and plants are prohibited in some hospitals.
Please also make sure that the patient is still in the hospital on the date you would like the flowers to be delivered.
If the person is still in intensive care or has already been discharged, we will unfortunately not be able to deliver the flowers. Unfortunately, this will result in extra costs for a new delivery.

Will I incur any delivery costs?

yes, we deliver to the whole of Switzerland for 7.90Fr.
If you would like same-day delivery in Winterthur or Zurich for orders placed before 12:00 noon, there is a 4.-Fr. same-day delivery surcharge.
Deliveries to hospitals are more time-consuming and often require clarification of the patient's whereabouts.
For this reason, the delivery costs to the hospital are between 11.90Fr. and 13.90Fr.
The delivery costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart during the ordering process.

Can I specify a preferred delivery time?

Unfortunately not, we always deliver from 12:00 noon onwards as we want to use Same Day Delivery to send our couriers on the shortest route from an ecological point of view.

When will you deliver?

We deliver all orders in Zurich, Winterthur and the surrounding area after 12:00.
At 12:00 noon our courier goes to Zurich and hands over the flowers to our partner in Zurich who delivers the flowers by bike courier.
Deliveries are usually made between 12:00 - 16:00.

In the rest of Switzerland we deliver parcels with our partner Planzer.
If you order before 12:00, the recipient will receive the flowers the following day.
After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail/SMS with a tracking number so that you can track your order and also change your delivery. Delivery between 08:00-18:00.

What happens if the recipient is not at home?

In Winterthur and Zurich, we will ring a neighbour's doorbell to get into the house, leave the flowers with a neighbour or place them right outside the front door.

In the rest of Switzerland, we will ring the recipient's doorbell and leave the package in a safe place if the recipient is not at home. All flowers are securely packed in flower boxes and the flower stems are wrapped in fresh bags so that they can wait a little while for the recipient.

Doesn't the placement in front of the door harm the flowers?

No, we pack all bouquets in Freshbags so it is no problem if someone puts the flowers in the vase in the evening.

Do you also deliver on Sundays and holidays?

Not usually, but we do make exceptions for them on special days. On Mother's Day Sunday we will of course deliver your orders and if Valentine's Day falls on a Sunday, we will also make an exception.

Can I order the flowers anonymously?

Of course, they can also have their flowers sent without a sender. It is best to note in the messages that you wish to remain anonymous. However, we personally think that a small card or a greeting is something beautiful and that the recipient would also like to thank you for the beautiful gift.

How do I redeem a voucher?

During the ordering process, you can simply click on "Redeem voucher" on the right-hand side and redeem your voucher.

How can I pay?

Through Payrexx, a Swiss company, we have a reliable partner that guarantees secure payment and with which they are offered a variety of payment options.

Can I order an individual bouquet?

Yes, in our bouquets section we have put together 2 bouquet options where you can choose the colour, price and style of your bouquet yourself.
