What do I have to consider:
Please make sure that the patient is still in the hospital at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, patients who are still in the intensive care unit or are still in the recovery room after an operation are not allowed to receive flowers until they have been assigned a room. If a patient has already left when the flowers arrive, delivery delays often occur and a new delivery must unfortunately be charged again if this is possible. As soon as such a problem occurs, we will contact the client via email to find a solution.
