The Regional Hospital of Locarno La Carità offers its patients the highest quality services in medical, surgical and emergency care.
The services offered to the local population and the many tourists who visit the region every year are varied and complementary to the other institutions of the EOC Multi-Site Hospital, guaranteeing one of the characteristic features of the cantonal hospital authority: a multidisciplinary approach and consistent patient care.

The doctors, medical and technical-medical staff as well as the hotel service staff contribute to the excellent reputation of our hospital, which was the only health institution in Switzerland to receive the accreditation of the Joint Commission International for Excellence in May 2008, thereby confirming itself as one of the health institutions, who pay the most attention to quality and patient safety.
The Locarno Regional Hospital benefits from the close collaboration between general practitioners and specialists in the Locarno region (Circolo medico Locarno e Valli) and, like all other health facilities that make up the EOC multi-site hospital, is an access not only to the individual institute, but to the EOC's entire hospital structure and the specializations offered.
