At RHNe Pourtalès the flowers are delivered to the delivery location specified by the hospital, where they are then brought directly to the patient's room by the hospital staff to surprise the patient.
Every hospital delivery receives express delivery from us at no additional cost. The flowers are also packaged to suit the external conditions and are provided with a so-called fresh bag, which ensures the water supply during the journey.
Express delivery to hospitals usually takes place between 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

History of the RHNe Pourtalès
The Pourtalès location in Neuchâtel is one of RHNe's two acute care centers. It is located in the east of the city, in the Maladière district, and offers a very wide range of outpatient and inpatient services, 24-hour emergency services and a SMUR (Mobile Emergency Resuscitation Service) outlet.
The site has a certified intensive care unit and cerebrovascular unit, a center specializing in the treatment of obesity and a mother-child center (maternity and pediatrics).
